【摘要】 当代世界的知识更新率成倍缩短、文献产出呈指数递增。为了促进期刊编辑的知识结构不断更新、提高信息占有水平和对稿件的价值判断能力,应当努力建设编辑部门的源头信息库,切实改变信息滞后、知识老化和判断失真的现状。

【英文摘要】 The increasingly rapid renewal of knowledge has forced the editors of university journals to re-build their professional reference system to renew their knowledge structure and improve their judgment.
