【摘要】 学术期刊的出版包括两个方面的工作向度:一是内容方面的学术积淀,要求学术期刊在编辑过程中严格把握所发论文的学术质量,经由不懈的努力,使刊物本身积累起相当的学术影响力;二是形式方面的文化积淀,要求刊物在完成论文遴选等工作的基础上,进一步做好诸如刊物栏目整划、装帧设计乃至发行时的宣传策划等工作。这些工作既包括了"发行"的内容,同时也部分地兼及了"出版"方面的工作——装帧设计。文化积淀方面的工作以营建刊物特色、美的面貌为目的,最后经由发行、读者认可而形成品牌效应,完成其在文化上的积累。对任何一家学术期刊来说,学术积淀是刊物的根本,奠定刊物的学术品位,而文化积淀则是刊物的特色所在,呈现刊物的个性,两者不可偏废。

【英文摘要】 The publication of an academic journal includes two directions. One is for its content-based academic accumulation,through which it strives to build up its academic influence by controlling the academic quality of its papers. The other,is for cultural accumulation in its form,through which,based on its selection of papers,it tries to optimize its column arrangement,graphic design and distribution publicity.
