【摘要】 中国近代报业公司制诞生于晚清,民国之后,经历报业企业化的积累,报业经济基础得到提升,内部管理逐渐走向现代化。20世纪30年代民营大报纷纷改组登记为股份有限公司,标志着报业公司制发展成熟。在此基础上,40年代报业进入集团化发展。公司化对民国报业有着多方面的促进,但也存在着开放性不足、治理结构不完善等诸多局限。

【英文摘要】 Modern Chinese newspaper companies started in late Qing Dynasty. In the Republic of China,with the corporatization of the newspaper industry,the economic base of newspaper companies were consolidated and their internal management was gradually modernized. In the 1930s,many major private newspapers had the corporate reform to become limited companies,which marked the maturity of the newspaper corporate system.
